Declutter your mind

How many of us have heard the phrase cleanliness is next to godliness and I personally believe you don’t just have to declutter your physical surrounding but also you need to get rid of negative energy stored up in your mind.

Our subconscious mind is the most powerful region of our mind and years of scientific researches have gone into tapping the deepest levels of our mind. It is said what we sleep with in our subconscious mind gets reflected in your behaviour and thoughts.

Your conscious mind is just the tip of an iceberg you get to see rest of your behaviour is determined by what goes on in the subconscious. The darkest parts of your personality comes to the fore only when this subconscious mind is awakened at any point.

Your thoughts are reflection of your inner mind and we should all adopt a habit of filtering out information which is likely to be psychologically damaging to us.

Tips to declutter your mind

Be aware of your self. You should have clarity of what you want out of life.

Hi everyone I started writing a blog just few months ago and believe me it is so exciting and mentally relaxing for me to put down all my experiences in writing. I got inspired to write something when I came across a women app encouraging budding writers to take up writing activities.

My only advice to the new bloggers

1 don’t get bogged down by embarrassingly low likes for your blog. It is your passion just go for it

2 write and share what ever seems interesting to you and add pictures to it.

Forgiveness an act of courage

I’m no saint I’m no godly figure I am just a human and yes I do feel hurt down to the core when someone wrongs me belittles me in the public place tries to trample on my soul.

How can I ever gather all the courage to accept such an idiot and heartless person who has disturbed me outraged my mental peace and forgive him with no hard feelings in my heart for him.

Sounds bizzare but we all go through such tormented situations in our lives where we are shattered and broken into pieces but yet we find it difficult to give ourselves to vindictive feeling.

Forgiveness is the biggest act of kindness and courage by this I don’t mean we justify the misleading act of the other person it encompasses the act of the wronged person to free his mind of all the toxic thought which can hinder the psychological and emotional health of the person.

Revenge can not do justice to any unjust done to you. Feeling of hatred and malicious act further traps you in a toxic cycle of negative energy which will lead you nowhere.

Focus your inner energy on something more constructive which can empower your mind to become more productive.

Forgiveness is the subconscious way of mind in seeking solace and peace so bring more of harmony within yourself it is self enhancing.

My stresses give me strength

My day begins with my alarm going off in the morning. How hard we pray each day for things to move on smoothly for us but everyday is not the same.

Some days are so predictable and easygoing that you start to imagine yourself living in some kind of illusion and often ask your self is this really happening to me thank God I am such a blessed soul on this earth.

Some days are so mentally exhausting that nothing seems to be going right for us everything appears to be crashing down on us. We begin to live in the state of dilemma why we are the ones to suffer all this is life treating me so unfair and things are never going to fall into the right place.

My stresses are no different from yours they maybe centring around either being overburdened but household chores or my son not focussing well only his academics.

It may sound trivial to many but it is big enough to trigger a state of worry.

How do I handle with everyday pressure

Rearranging your schedule can help you ease out to a great extent

Focus on the chores which requires more of your attention.

Give yourself break from the monotony in between your tasks

Exercise and meditate a little this will keep you emotionally and mentally stable

Listening to music also perks you up.

Add humour to your life. Read light hearted books.

Maintain a log for your daily activities.

A little bit of stress can keep you active and vigilant.

Make happiness your daily diet

Happiness is not just a placid and the most coveted state of mind for nearly each one of us. But yet how many of us can instill in ourselves to be happy and emotionally stable in all circumstances.

I guess there would be very few who stay at peace and harmony with themselves at all points in their lives. Even I too at times go through bouts of uncertainty and sadness in my heart despite keeping myself abreast with all the inspiring journals and books which is the only way to make me feel resilient.

We always for that one saviour in our lives who can lift up our spirits and bring us back to the lost path.

In large majority of cases our family and friends stand by us through thick and thin in moments of failure. They become the reason we strive to fight for our goals.

Gratitude is the biggest attitude one can have towards all the beautiful moments and blessings one is bestowed upon. Never compare your life with anyone else because destiny has a different plans for you. Comparison always makes us mentally weak.

Happiness is the emotional well-being of the individual which changes his perspective towards life.
